Deposits & Payments
Due to the popularity of our service,
we do operate a
'Deposit Secures Date' Policy
which is usually 25% of the total costings.
This allows us to secure any party items that may be needed
...once a deposit is paid, your date is secured
and Its Your Party can get to work on
your special event!
The remainder of the cost of your special day is
payable a minimum of 7 days before the event.

and we'll do our very best to help)

What we might need to know when you contact us...
The Location - where is your party, can we use Haze/smoke, can we gain access to set up, is there anyone hiring the venue after you?
Dates - When is the special date? we provide a wide range of services to our clients so we must make sure we can give you the time that you need.
Ages - Roughly what age group are we entertaining? We need to make sure our games/competitions etc are appropriate (we do have a minimum age limit because of the nature of the parties we do)
The Kids - How many children are you expecting and will parents be attending, would you be willing to participate?
Special Diets - Do you have any children that need alternative food/drinks because of allergies, religious beliefs or vegetarian, vegan, etc?
Disabilities - Do we need to include anyone who has trouble with Running, Dancing and Jumping? we make sure that ALL children are included!
